Annamarie’s background includes senior roles in startups and major firms like Gallup, where she advised on culture, engagement, talent strategy, and organizational alignment. She’s currently pursuing a PhD examining the intersection of Organizational Development & Change and Human Development. This work will deepen her craft and expand what’s possible for leaders and systems in flux.
